I would highly recommend this company. Jason is very professional, polite, friendly and helpful. He visited within a day of me contacting him. Went above and beyond offering to fix an electric fire on the wall after doing a PAT electrical test for me. I will definitely contact him again in the future.

Highly recommend JC Electrical…. Fast response, very efficient, very tidy and he did an amazing job in our new home… we have plenty more electrical work need doing around the house and will be using JC Electrical again very soon… really nice guy too.

I highly recommend JC Electrical in Worcester. Jason was brilliant from start to finish – very punctual, reliable, and turned up exactly when he said he would. He listened carefully to what I needed and came back quickly with a clear and very reasonable quote. I asked Jason to install an outdoor security light with a bespoke sensor, making sure my boiler steam wouldn’t keep triggering it. He came up with smart solutions, suggested the best type of lighting to suit my property, and paid real attention to detail – from the colour of the wiring to hiding cables neatly along existing lines and discreetly fixing them to the wall. The finish is tidy and professional, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Jason carried out the job promptly, cleaned up afterwards, and left everything spotless. I was so impressed that I’ve already booked him in for a second job to install ethernet ports in the lounge and office, as I know the work will be done to the same high standard. If you’re looking for a professional electrician in Worcester who is friendly, skilled, and offers great value for money, I’d definitely recommend JC Electrical.

Brilliant service from Jason. I called him about a power outage in my kitchen and he was over within about 20 minutes. He quickly worked out what the issue was, then drove all the way from Worcester to Malvern to get the part, came straight back and fitted it. Really professional, efficient and reassuring throughout, and the problem was sorted in no time. Would highly recommend.

We have used Jason before and he always does a good job. He recently spent a week carrying out 2nd fix electrics which was a very complicated and difficult job due to a previous badly done 1st fix by another company. He did an excellent job, sorted out all tge horrors and mistakes, and we were very impressed all round. Thank you!

Jason recently install a new Consumer unit for us to replace an outdated fuse box. He was quick to respond to comunications and visit to provide a very reasonable quote. All work was certified and completed to a very high standard, also very neat and tidy as all rubbish removed.
